Situated on the beautiful south coast of NSW lives the oldest existing&nbsp;football club in Australia (Balgownie Rangers) as well as the oldest existing&nbsp;football association (Illawarra Football Association).<br /><br />Since 1998 the Illawarra used the football internet forums of the then National Soccer League team - Wollongong Wolves but when the NSL was shut down by Soccer Australia in 2004 the administrator - Andrew Byron then decided to launch Illawarra Football Supporters United along with a few friends who gave their expertise in fields to get a larger audience together to talk about football.<br /><br />This year - a World Cup year is as good a time as ever to integrate technologies at hand to a collective point to help celebrate the game locally and globally. So here we are with the ifsunited blog.<br /><br />This blog is related to anything football and our region. So blog pics, videos, comments, anything really.
